Hollandaise Sauce

What is the Hollandaise sauce?
A warm sauce of egg yolks and lemon juice. We recommend to use an electric blender in the process. Hollandaise sauce is mostly used in fish recipes.

Ingredients

3 egg yolks
2 tb lemon juice
4 oz butter

Salt and pepper
 


 

Hollandaise Sauce Recipe serve 6

Step 1: Put in the electric blender the egg yolks, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Step 2: Melt the butter in a saucepan. Blend it manually.

Step 3: Add the hot butter to the hollandaise sauce in the blender. Blend at full speed until the sauce get thick.

Step 4: Serve immediately.
