Step 1:
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Lower the heat.
Step 2: Add 2 or 3 tsp of vinegar. Reduce heat to very low, the lower actually.
Step 3:
Break one egg and drop it gently in the water. Using a wooden spoon, try to cover the yolk with the white. Break the other eggs and repeat the same process.
Step
4: Cover. Turn off the heat. Wait for 4 minutes. Check if the whites are set. .
Step 5:
Put the eggs in cold water, drain.
Wine suggestion: young red Bordeaux, Petit Chablis, Muscadet, Provence rosé (French Wine Guide).
